About Me

My name is Emilis. For more than 10 years, I have been fascinated by one question: how does the mind shape the life we live?

I have always been interested in how our thoughts, emotions, habits and beliefs influence the way we experience ourselves, other people and the world around us.

Through my own personal journey, I came to understand that the mind is not fixed. The way we think, feel and respond to life is not static. It can be understood, worked with and gradually changed.

Over the years, I explored many different practices for personal development, self-awareness and emotional change. Some of these helped me transform the way I related to myself and my life. But for a long time, I found it difficult to explain those changes in a clear, grounded and rational way.

That is what eventually led me to Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy.

CBH gave me a practical and evidence-based framework for understanding change. It combines cognitive behavioural therapy, hypnosis, mindfulness and psychological skills training in a way that is structured, understandable and focused on real-life progress.

I am currently completing my training in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and offering free case study sessions as part of my professional development.

My aim is to make the work feel clear, practical and human — not mysterious or complicated. We look at what is happening in your mind and body, understand the patterns behind it, and use CBH tools to help you respond in a different way.

All sessions are held online via Zoom video call.
